I went to this KFC 2 days ago and received horrible service. We went through the drive thru instead of going inside. After we placed our order and got up to the window to pay the man said your chicken is a 7 minute wait, is that alright? We told him yes that is fine and we pulled to the front like he asked. I waited for approximately 20 minutes before I decided to go inside and see what the problem was. I asked how much longer the guy replied that it would be another 3 and half minutes. I was extremely tired of waiting and had my four year old with me who was very hot and tired of sitting in the car. I told the guy I just wanted a refund, waiting 23 minutes for chicken is just ridiculous. My husband came in and said he did not want a refund and to have waited that long for nothing. The manager was extremely rude, told me repeatedly that I had got wait I paid for. And when we asked to get something comped he refused, and would not even give me a free drink for the trouble. I will never go to this KFC again. Also, I had him sign and write the time on my receipt, so that when I contact corporate they can understand how terrible the service was. I am a manager at a furniture store and couldn't believe how this store handles...
Read moreThe chicken is usually pretty small especially the grilled chicken and half the time they aren't cooked all the way and are a little too tough and chewy. If you have a problem with your food they expect you to take you meal back up there in order to replace it instead of trying to help you out and replace food or return your money on your next visit. Just what I want to do, grab my messed up food order and bring it back while my entire family is eating and I'm hungry so I basically get to watch everyone eat. You purchase food because you are hungry and I have no interest in waiting longer to eat when you are really hungry. I always at least eat the parts of my meal that are edible and try to get it corrected on the next visit. If they are having problems with dishonest people just start asking people for identification when they come in that way they can track people that are calling in a lot and see if their claim is valid and at least try to figure out what the issue is. You can also have them take a picture of the issue in some cases instead of having them come right back up there. It has gotten to the point that we won't return there and we were good customers. It sucks that they value a customers...

I just got off work after freezing all day (I work outside) and decidedly to stop by and order a famous bowl meal at 8:42Pm 11/29/22 but when I got home I realized they did not include my fries and after looking closely at my receipt upon calling to let them know I did not get my order correct I was told that they wrung up a “famous bowl combo” which does not include fries. I reassured the manager that I asked for the meal and not the combo. His reply was “well they didn’t gave you the meal so there’s nothing I can do” … I’m expect better customer service from this area and this was not my fault they didn’t specify my order and just gave me what they thought i wanted. I said I was going to complain because this isn’t right and he replied “go ahead” and hung up…. Wow just wow never thought I’d be treated that way at a professional establishment but I guess that’s they way they do business now. Good luck to everyone else and be sure to recite what you expect to get because if they get it wrong they don’t apologize and try to make it right you’ll just get hit with a “oh my bad..there’s nothing I can do now” type...
