give this location five stars because I ALWAYS have excellent service until TODAY. I feel like the manager should be aware of this situation. I’m at Hobby Lobby at least four times a week because I have a small business. The girl who was “acting” as the customer service manager tonight 05/24/19 at 7:00pm is filling in for who normally is the manager. She decided to tell me tonight that I cannot use a coupon for myself and one for my daughter. I stated that I do it all the time and everyone allows me to. She said no, they have to be able to understand and pay for it. I’m sorry, but who is she to say what my kids can and can’t understand? The coupon states in the fine print, ONE coupon PER PERSON. So, you are WRONG. I don’t know if it’s a power trip because you are normally in the back end cutting fabric but that was extremely RUDE to claim my child can’t pay. I truly believe this location would be making a mistake making her a manager. Also, the normally manager, she is AMAZING. She knows the policy and never questions my children...

They have a large selection and reasonable prices but are poor in two main areas 1 They recently fought a major Supreme Court case to deny their employees certain types of contraceptives, including the emergency contraception due to the religious beliefs of the owners. The legal arguments (that their first amendment rights and their feels are more important than the ability of their employees to form and act upon their own moral belief system) are not even as troubling as the factual argument they attempted to present, that emergency contraception is in fact an abortion. Though the government tried to rectify the situation by offering to pay for the services in question, another religious group decided that signing a piece of paper to refuse to pay for insurance to cover contraception was in itself a violation of their religious beliefs. Further proof that the religious agenda is being shoved down our throats. They have huge sales on about half the store alternating between items from week to week, which...

Came to this store Thursday, purchase this item. Once I got home the box was empty NO ITEM FOUND! Called & they said I can exchange it. I said I’ll go Saturday since I don’t live near by. Saturday morning I called asking if I can go to a different location to exchange, said yes. So I went to a different one & they told me otherwise, I have to go to the original location. Now I pulled up to this store at this point I just wanted my money back & something to make up for the time & gas wasted on this Unnecessary problem. spoke to the manager (Angel) & he acted like he couldn’t do anything.. basically saying to be grateful he is AT LEAST giving me my money back. No consideration of the customer what so ever. I hate being a Karen but Im not only wasting my time but my money!! He didn’t wanted to deal with me so he brush it off like if it wasn’t his problem. he doesn’t do anything just stand their staring or dosing off to space.
