Mike and Sam Jewelry — Attraction in Hurst

My family was looking for a gift for my son. I have not purchased gold in decades. So I googled jewelry stores in my area. Out of the ones that I discovered, Mike and Sam Jewelry stuck out big time. Why?? I am glad you asked. For one, they had amazing reviews. 2, they just about responded to over 90% of the reviews they received. That is not normal for a business to respond to that many reviews. That hit me big time. So I decided to take a chance and go. I was amazed at the level of excellence in service provided and the patience. We not only purchased a special item that had to be ordered and made. They not only meet our expectations. I also dropped off my wedding ring to have the diamonds inspected, tightened and cleaned. I found a jewelry business that is a A+.

Mike and Sam are amazing. Really nice guys. Will make you feel at home. Their waiting area reminds me of a living room. They also provided us with chocolate. Anyone who goes to this business I believe will not come out disappointed but very satisfied.

I was looking to create a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend. I had came across two other locations before I found Mike and Sam. After talking with them I knew they would be the right choice. They were very upfront about their price and were a wealth of knowledge when it came to understanding what materials and designs would work best. Their customer service was excellent as well. They always made you feel like you had their full attention. The speed at which they were able to produce the ring was also something to note. Where others would take 3-4 weeks, it would only take them 1-2 weeks. (And that’s only if you went the custom jewelry route. They still have plenty of beautiful pieces to choose from at their store.) Recently I went looking for an engagement ring for my Girlfriend and after visiting at least 4 different places including a pawn store, and not finding anything that was in my price range and quite honestly just plain boring looking.( I forgot to check with Walmart.)
