Swig — Restaurant in Hurst

So we came here to try it out because one is opening by our house soon. We ordered 4 drinks, one of which was out of syrup. So we decided to go back, and being the drive through was super long, we pulled around to the front to have it replaced. As soon as we got to the front, a big sign on the door says lobby closed. Now we have to go back and get in line again, just to get the drink replaced. We also had a couple gift cards loaded in the app, and they seemed to have trouble redeeming those. Not a big issue, just a note. Drinks were good and service was good, but I feel like the combination of one of our drinks being out of syrup, the lobby being closed, and having to hand my "open" drink back through the window, should knock off a star. We drove through around 5:30 during the grand opening. The storefront was completely packed with customers and the line was so long that it was routed around a couple of neighboring businesses. Even so, I was amazed at how quickly staff were taking and serving orders. The menu has a wide variety of drinks, including diet options. A friendly order taker approached and gave us free cups of miniature cookies while she took our order. The cookies were excellent-very soft and fresh. Our Dirty Sodas-a Butter Beer and Island Time were both outstanding-such fresh, natural flavors. These were the best mixed fountain drinks we’ve ever had. We look forward to returning and...

Visited this location since their grand opening and I’ll admit that it has easily become my new favorite place. A Just Peachy w/Extra Purée & Extra Coconut Creamer will have you finding every excuse to stop by and sate your new addiction.

The complimentary chocolate chip cookies weren’t something to call home about and the sugar cookie is a step above the supermarket pack, but the pretzel bites make up for their lackluster snack options. Salty snack & sweet drink, what’s not to like?
