North East Mall — Attraction in Hurst

I would like to inform you that , God has blessed you with one of his special Angel's from heaven!!!She has a pure soul and her heart is like Jesus Christ what the Holy Bible talks about and teaches us !!! I have to really ask myself over and over how could this be a real rare Angel on earth? She has take the form of a person.I really don't think that God knows that she is really missing from heaven!!!! Your manager Mrs.Eierika Grace.She has given your business the true reflection and DNA of Jesus Christ and have shown evidence on how your company respects everyone with true utopia!!!!She always puts in over 200% at everything she dose helping people!!! She makes sure that all of her customer's fully understand what is going on. Since she has been at this store she has out shine any eyeglasses business!!! She moves gently like the stars in the heavens and her personality pulls every single person into a magical mystery perfect world that is really bewitching like the heart beat of the Holy Spirit!!!! Her voice waltzs around you as if you are looking at a movie under the stars in the heavens as if you were slow dancing!!!! she makes everyone of her customers spirit flow like the moonlight as if thier souls dancies like the waves a cross the Atlantic ocean in the moonlight at night and now you will fall deeply into the universe with amazing joy and her smile is awesome like a million sunsets that you see in Miami florida !!!Everything she dose gives you and makes your mind and soul find peace as if you are in Jesus Christ present!!! I visited Northeast Mall today and visited Macy's. This review is for the mall itself since my complaints are related to dangerous shortcomings in what I believe should be routine maintenance. It appears that the mall maintenance is pretty much nonexistent and that leads me to believe this Simon mall is going to be closed down or perhaps sold soon. Perhaps I missed that announcement?

I wanted to visit the furniture gallery at Macy's with my elderly mother that uses a walker. We parked in the first floor of the garage and went into Macy's to find the elevator. The elevator was out of service, and we could not find another elevator in the store. My mother thought she could risk taking the escalator if I could carry her walker. So we found the escalator, but it was also out of order. We found a Macy's associate to ask if there was another elevator inside the store that we could use to access the 3rd floor furniture gallery. She said we should go back outside and use the parking garage elevator. We proceeded to do that, and this elevator (at least it worked!) was also in dire need of service. It made a lot of noise while moving, the lights did not work on the floor buttons, the ceiling was missing with exposed cords and electrical wires, and uneven flooring/missing tile was a tripping hazard. Well, we then had to learn that we needed to go to level 4 on this elevator to access the walkway to the 3rd floor of Macy's.

Our experience at Macy's was great --- we found a helpful associate in the furniture gallery and purchased a sofa. But based on my experience, Northeast Mall by Simon is in a state of disrepair, and I would recommend folks shop at home and avoid this particular mall until all of the maintenance issues and safety concerns...

My family and I have done most of our retail shopping here for the past 20 years. Christmas, birthdays, back to school shopping and make-up... Our family will not shop at this mall until they remove the store, Furever Pets. It is apparant that they are selling dogs at exorbitant prices, which also may contribute as a part of their 'allure' toward selling the so-called 'fashion' pups. These 'owners' are for profit only and are keeping these animals in the worst conditions possible. Their only standard they seem to maintain is that the dogs have a pulse to attach their $5000.00 price tag to and lure unknowing passers to their window shop for these helpless puppies. I visited this store and and not one employee could provide me with an accurate answer on the age of any of the puppies that were present in store earlier in January 2024. Furthermore, no paperwork is available unless you purchase one of these puppies. Seriously? Any shelter or respected breeder would happily provide any information upon inquiry, if not already, attached at the windows (reference petsmart, petco). What a joke. Please do better. I will visit Simon Malls when you get your head out of the clouds and support...
