E Cyclers of Idaho — Attraction in Idaho Falls

Let me start by saying Cinda (hopefully that's how you spell it) was incredibly friendly and helpful. However anyone else I've had any interaction with has been insufferable. They're annoyed with you the second you walk through the door, and act like they can't wait to get you out. More frustrating is the fact you can't actually look at anything, they have to hand it to you and it isn't just in a display case, it's in a locked cabinet. The reason it's so frustrating is you have no idea what they actually have, but then they act super annoyed at the fact you have to ask a ton of questions to try and find something similar to what you're after. Sold me a graphics card that didn't end up working for what I needed which no big deal. But when I had my wife return it this is how her interaction went with the worker "Hi what can we help you with" wife: "I just need to do a return" worker: "what is it?" Wife "I'm not sure my husband just asked me to return it" and shows him the card. This dude literally scoffs at my wife and goes "it's a graphics card" in the most know it all tone.

TL;DR Cinda is awesome everyone else I've talked to there has been incredibly frustrating...

This little place has used computers, stereo equipment and lots of odd this and that's. I got into a prolonged chat with the owner about a media port and what it could do and what it couldn't do, even though I went over the same topic about four or five times with him he was very kind and didn't rush me and re-explained it each time till I finally got it. I highly recommend this place for used parts and equipment and some of it is even new, and it is one of the only places around where you can take your old stuff that you don't know what to do with because...

I really like this sort of buisness, turning nothing in to something is very intresting to me. However whenever I go in, I feel very akward, and unwelcomed. Ive never been given a recipt, I asked for one once and it was printed out on looseleaf paper. The last time I was in, I paid for two $5 HDMI chords with a 20 dollar bill and mark told me they dident have change for a twenty.
