My recent visit to Kempf's Jewelers was truly outstanding, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I initially stopped by to inquire about a few Rolex models for my family and myself. From the moment my father and I stepped inside, I was impressed by the immaculate store and welcoming atmosphere.

We were immediately greeted by Aly, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely warm. There wasn't a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable.

While they didn't have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadn't planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures don't do this watch justice!

I was genuinely surprised that Kempf's had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldn't pass it up! I'm absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets.

Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. It's a breath of fresh air compared to how I've been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers.

I'm so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Kempf's Jewelers not only offers an outstanding selection of fine jewelry but, most importantly, provides unparalleled customer service. I've already recommended them to several friends and family members, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for fine jewelry to shop with them. The folks at Kempf's Jewelers are truly top-notch! I eagerly anticipate making many more purchases from them in the future.

I went to Kempf’s in the middle of the holidays while they were so busy to get a ring repaired. They took time even as slammed as they were to inspect it, talk me through the repairs, and work with me on how I wanted it to be fixed. This wasn’t just anyone either, it was Mr. David Kempf himself. How awesome in times like these. He is very skilled in his work, he not only repaired it quickly, but he also worked with me until it was beyond perfect well beyond what many other jewelers would do at no additional cost. He has so much pride in his work.

The cost was reasonable and equivalent to several other stores I had quotes from.

They also offer to check jewelry / Rolex and upkeep on it and all types of things.

Initially, I was so afraid to leave my ring with a store that I haven’t used before, but I quickly knew it would be absolutely safe there as it is such a well cared for store with very heavy security too.

The sales staff were also very kind and knowledgeable and I got to be shown around by Mr. Kempf’s lovely wife who designs many of their gorgeous pieces. She gushed about how much she cares about and handpicks every stone in every single thing they create. This is truly their lifes work and it’s incredible.

I write many reviews and can assure you that this has been one of my favorites to create as there are only good things to say which is rare. They for sure have gotten a new super fan and I will be running to them for any glittery...

With two significant milestones in my professional aviation career on the horizon I was in search of something special to commemorate the achievement.

The only fitting tribute I considered was a Rolex Timepiece; specifically the Air King.

This would be my first experience shopping for something as exquisite and rich with heritage. I started this journey with a visit to our local Rolex Jeweler, Kempf’s Jewelers.

From the moment my wife and I walked in we were warmly greeted and made comfortable. The store is beautiful and immaculate. We met with Jason who heads up the Rolex program. He presented to me several options and with his expertise shared much knowledge about Rolex timepieces.

After thoughtful consideration and my first impression of the Air King this was definitely the choice for me. Jason kept in touch with me while I eagerly awaited its arrival.

The day finally came and it was worth the wait! The Rolex Air King is absolutely stunning, unique and filled with subtle character.

Jason provided EXCELLENT service ensuring the watch fit precisely and comfortable. I’m welcome back at anytime for any special care needed.
