Salt and Sand Vacation Cottages — Attraction in Indian Rocks Beach

3 yrs ago we found this gem. Since we come every 4th of July. Barbra is the best host! She has everything you need or didn't know you needed. The home is so clean and very well kept. The kitchen is stocked with everything to enjoy meals. Which we love cooking out on the grill after a day at the beach. Swinging in the hammocks and just relaxing. The beds are comfortable & we always sleep well. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very easy to get around. There are some great places to eat at. We always get a pizza from Slyce. The beach is located in between two parks. So most people are away from you down the beach. The beach access is more homes and locals. Less crowded for the 4th of July week! Barbra is very accessible if you need anything. We actually were here during a hurricane last year & she was in constant contact. Living in Florida we are pros with storms. But very nice that she takes great care of her guest. This house is always booked so if you find an opening, take it! You will not be...

My three 60-something sisters and our 30-something daughters rented both sides of Barbra's beach cottages for a long-awaited girls' trip. We could not have been more thrilled with everything: there were nice bathroom products (even magnifying makeup mirrors!), a well-stocked kitchen with quality knives, pans, etc., and a big open space inside to hang out around the island and gab over wine and snacks.

The backyard was a super bonus! The large patio with plenty of seating was perfect for evening gatherings outside. She even supplied everything you could possibly need for beach days -- chairs, a wagon, noodles, etc. It's just a short walk to the beach, which was nice. The freshly painted Indian Rocks Beach murals were gorgeous and provided great backdrops for selfies and group photos.

We found that the place looked even better in person than in the pictures (and the photos are nice!) Everyone kept marveling at how nicely done this place is. It's the best Airbnb...

This property is excellent for any trip short or long in Indian Rocks! The owner had great communication from before the start of my stay to days past my stay! Very friendly, genuine, and honest through entire process! The interior is very modern and has everything you need! Back yard is perfect with fire put, grill, plenty of grass space, and swings/hammocks for the family! I was greeted with coozies, bottke openers, and a nice welcome message to my friend and I welcoming us! Its in a great location across from the beach which is in walking distance! The on-site parking is a major plus! I will be looking forward to staging at the sandy Toes/Feet cottages when returning to Indian Rocks area! By far the best VRBO...
