Happy Nails — Attraction in Indian Trail

This is a good place to go to and if you only need your full set of nails, gel nail polish of course, to only last a week and a 1/2 without completely popping off. When my nails have been done have been done at other shops the nail itself does not want to come off for weeks so, I personally feel this was purposefully done.

I only visited this shop because I was in the area and my schedule was pretty full that week. A woman a woman that's set in the 1st chair on the right hand side was my nail Tech. He had a very young child running around the store the day I visited. She told me she also had a teenager that was leaving for college and home if that's helpful for identification by the way. It's really felt she rushed my nails nails and was too distracted by watching her child in the process.

Extremely disappointing. I paid $55 total, $45 for the service and service and a $10 tip. Personally, I will not be going back there. In addition to multiple nails completely popping off which never happens at the nail shop I've been going to previously, the acrylic deteriorated extremely quickly.

Again, I would only use this shop if I were you and you needed a very quick nail set put on for for a special occasion you needed to attend...

I used to be a regular for years, but this will be my last time going after a number of disappointing experiences. They used to take their time with clients and now every time I go it seems like they just rush and the quality of the work gets worse and worse. There are 3 people there that I genuinely think work well and have decent customer service, but everyone else doesn’t even say hi or bye when they sit to work with you, just talk in their language between each other the whole time (which I usually don’t mind but they don’t have to completely ignore the customer either). When I have asked them to fix something, I always regret it because somehow it comes out worse and with a bad attitude. I came to get my acrylic nails removed today and they did not even soak anything, just used a nail extension to reach under and pop off the nail, and I know that is the worst way to remove nails as it damages the nail bed so much, not to mention painful. I went there to get a pedicure. I walked in the door and picked out 3 colors. They guy told me "You have too many color!" I said this is what I want. He took me over to the seat to get my pedicure done and once I sat down he started going on telling what he could not do. I should have gotten up right then and left. I went ahead and let him do my pedicure and I was trying to explain to him how he didn't even do my heel. He started telling me he couldn't do it. WTH!?!? A customer had walked in and she saw this and was watching the whole time. She got up and left and said I think I'm gonna go somewhere else. Long story short, the lady who was working there with him had to finish my pedicure and she did it better. That was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER AGAIN will I GO THERE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
