I really love these donuts and fritters. My repeat issue though is they always run out of basically everything, daily. I always leave spending less money than I would of and so do all the people that come in while I’m there. Sadly, for many hours of each day people leave your door without your product. I know you offer a call ahead order option but it doesn’t change the fact. For a business model where the profit margin is so incredibly high for their product, it just doesn’t make sense to me. Have you considered over making your product so you can sell enough to meet the demand? Do you have a way to track what the demand actually is? There are lots of options for unsold products if you would over produce. You could sell everything for 50% off the last hour of each day (and still turn a profit) or even donate it (for a write off)? The increased revenue from having additional inventory your customers want has got to be fairly substantial. I’m not sure you realize the volume of people that come in and can’t purchase what they intended to. Our family has literally come in well over 10x and not been able to get what we came for. I just hate to see you miss so much revenue and leave customers with sadly not the best warm fuzzies. I certainly don’t know all the ends and out of the donut business but unless your making all the money you want already you’re leaving a lot of it out there when people really want to give it to you. You have a great product but are not currently or consistently meeting the demand. We’d like to spend more money with you and support...
Read moreThe moment I walked in I was greeted right away and all who was behind the counter was friendly and had a smile on. They all made me feel welcomed. The place smelled like I was on the board playing in a life size Candy Land. ALL of the donuts looked amazing 👏 so I ordered TWO dozen. I went at 8:30am and there was still a good selection left for a Sunday 🌄 morning. When I got home I cut a small piece from each one so I could try them all. When I say these are the very BEST donuts, they truly are! Each donut was soft pillows with bursts of flavor explosion in your mouth. My favorite if I had to choose is the apple fritter and second would be the Maple 🍁 frosted stick filled with vanilla cream 😋 😍 everyone was so good though. A big thank you to the donut WIZARDS who hand crafted these morsels. I have never had donuts 🍩 this good, you are on point with your craft. From start to finish a million stars 🌟 I would give if I could. I am from NH so I am sad I will not be back until I visit family again. And for the diabetic person who left a bad review because he walked into a DONUT SHOP thinking they had diabetic friendly items, it is a donut shop! 🍩 even without any frosting any carb...
Read moreDonuts are awesome, as good as or even better than Daylight Donuts in Mooresville, for reference. Two suggestions to management: One, get rid of the TV! I go as a special treat for my kids and sit there trying to talk with them, but at 8:30 in the morning, we're too distracted by re-runs of Friends to have a conversation. Average time in the place is 15 minutes, why the heck do you need a TV?! I'm not in a waiting room! I seriously will not go back if the TV is on. It's definitely beginning to annoy me. Two, improve the way you package the donuts. I ordered two donuts for dine-in, and they were put into a bag. Almost all of the frosting from my donut came off onto the inside of the bag. There was almost no frosting left on my donut; it was all stuck to the inside of the bag. The frosting was good, so that was a shame. Perhaps a plate would be better for dine-in?? But, that said, the donuts are excellent! So five stars for the taste, which is what...
