Family Dollar — Attraction in Indianapolis

It is now June 19 Thursday and I have been going to this family dollar for six years now. I have spent a lot of money here not trying to brag but I’m right around the corner. But there is a woman there that is so extremely rude. I really like everybody else. They are so helpful and I love going there but this woman is so rude. She has long dark. she has a chip on her shoulder as what I mean is when you meet somebody they are just so rude. I like going here, but I will change stores if I have to to avoid her unless something is done with her. I do not know her name, but I will find out like I said long dark hair just has a precense about her that is very rude.. I know there is a shortage in the store but you don’t have to be rude like she is. I have worked retail all my life long hours but I would never ever be rude to customers like she is. yesterday on June 19, 2025 I bought some Totino‘s pizza rolls. I got home and cooked them and they were rotten. So I went to return them and I thought I would just exchange them for some frozen Texas toast. I decided to make spaghetti. The manager, the one with the long dark hair would not exchange the Totino‘s pizza for the frozen Texas toast. Now you have to remember I have been going to the store for years. I know they have rules, but the pizza rolls were rotten and I brought them back to her you could smell them on how rotten they were. I know if I took them back to any other grocery store. They would have reimbursed me and let me get what I want. This manager is so rude she would not even help me...

It could be improved. I ok with the employees I go to this family dollar very often. And I do enjoy the fact that they have generally cheap things. At least the things for $1. Personally I'd rather leave grocery shopping for Kroger. You can't really save too much buying a ton of things at Family Dollar. Plus, they don't always have things that you're looking for. Since last week, I've failed to find at this family dollar; good gloves, a fan, and a 12 pack of Raman noodles. That shows that they don't supply everything you need. If you're looking to buy some cheap candy, or another specific item you see in an ad or on clearance, this might be an ideal place. But if you are wanting more for your money, or want to go heavy shopping. Don't come...

Noone wants to work I got here at 546 the last locked me out as she seen me an my child walking up it says online 10pm they was closed b4 6 pm I will be calling upper management how are you supposed to bring in money if they are closing the store before time for closing im not the only one walking up when she rudely locked us out what a Shame this was at 546 pm next to pizza hut a black women its was probably a race thing bc im white so she didn't want me in her store smh she Needs a new job an ill push for it I got it on video an I will be sending it to her upper management team family dollar is trash anymore bc the people they have working does not...
