FLAWLESS CUSTOMER CARE at PMR! I had a gold crown removed recently, and my dentist’s office suggested selling the gold, so I went to Precious Metals Refinery in Indio. When I went by the first time, they were closed, but I came by during business hours, and I’m so glad that I did. From the moment that they let me into the secure building, I was made to feel welcome. I didn’t have an appointment, and I didn’t come in with a bunch of jewelry to sell. However, Valerie greeted me with a genuine smile and made the process so easy. The entry area and front counter are very clean and attractive. Valerie evaluated the crown right in front of me and used objective readings to get me a price. I was very happy with the price I got for my old crown, which would probably have just gathered dust or ended up in the trash. Instead, I can take myself out to dinner! :-) The whole process was quick, transparent, and confidential. The other office staff whom I met all greeted me pleasantly.

Later in the week, I returned with some nice gold and sapphire pieces that had a lot of sentimental value but not a lot of weight. Carole helped me and took plenty of time to evaluate the pieces and make me an offer. She treated me with care, honesty and sensitivity. I can't even think of the words to describe how amazing Valeria R @ PMR Indio is. You can see the passion and feel the genuineness. She took me @ 4:59pm and they close at 5pm. Even took the time to help me identify and educate me on the pieces of coins and silver bars I brought to sell. Gave me the highest and best price around(I went to every competitor in the region). Transaction was easy and fast. It's rare I leave reviews but this experience with Valeria blew my mind that I am still in the parking lot of PMR, in my car leaving this review.
