I've always loved coming to this restaurant for its food and good service, but I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with what happened last week when I came here. My coworker and I grabbed lunch together during our lunch hour. We ordered tacos but we waited almost an hour for our food to be served. We were not expecting to wait that long for our food to be served. However, as I was biting into my carne asada taco, the tortilla broke apart and the meat fell onto my plate. I noticed there was something unusual in the meat which I thought was a strand of hair but as I picked through the meat, it turned out to be a cockroach!! I felt disgusted and never imagined this would happen to me at this restaurant.

So I waited 30 minutes before I told them its been 30 minutes. Then the waitress said to me, oh the food was ready it was just sitting there. šŸ¤”ok, so finally begin to eat, 😯the meat was sooo chewy!😣and my order was wrong, everyone in the place had a look of disgust 😩people began to get up and pay for their food because they would not get attended. So in response, I followed and did not resist to let them know my experience. I've had street tacos in L.A and T.J way better than this so called Mexican food, they tried and failed. Been here in the valley going on two years and everywhere I go to try Mexican food, unsuccessful... lacks authenticity.. this is how I get down.

This is for the LA Quinta location. Recently tried this restaurant on a Tuesday for a way to get out in town and support local business. Visited in June, so slower seasonal time, The restaurant was empty at the time of arrival. Couple of gals working the front of the house. Very friendly and welcoming. Sat closer to the counter and looked over the menu. Pretty standard fare and photos on the menu for assistance. We tried different bites of their menu. The stuffed ceviche cucumber was the star. Seasoned and flavorful. Plenty to share. On to the next one.

This morning, I wanted to invite my Mom to enjoy a delicious breakfast at her favorite restaurant which used to be Los Corales but after today's service with the waitresses we no longer consider stopping by here ever again. I work in the food area and understand the significance of employees providing a positive and welcoming service to their customers. Today my Mom and I experienced the most unwelcoming, uncomfortable, rude, mean and careless attitude you can receive from former workers. We used to be frequent customers because honestly we enjoyed and loved the food here but the rude service we received today made us not want to ever come back again. No one served us, we needed to be helped but we were left ignored, and when we did get help, the women who worked here felt extremely bothered and above all rude towards our approach. The waitresses had an extremely mean tone in their voices and their body language was unwelcoming to the point we felt unwelcomed. It felt like they were forced to provide us with their service at our table. I never leave complaints but I needed to let the store know. I never experienced such an awful experience at a restaurant before. I wanted to use this as a way to let you all know how important customer service is in the food work place. The attitude you bring in to a work place can either make a customer come back or...

I called this place and they notified me that there was available space to eat here. As I walked in there was about 5 tables available to sit down at. And one of the waitresses told me to leave immediately or wait outside as they can only have 17 people in at a time. I told her that I had called and they said I was fine to sit with my party of 3. She said she didn’t tell me I could sit. And if I wanted to eat there to wait outside. They don’t even have seat to sit outside in this heat. I asked if I could speak to the manager. She came out and told me it wasn’t her problem that I didn’t know how to read the sign in the door that said only 17 people allowed. I again told her that I was on told on the phone that I was able to come and that they have 5 empty tables right in front of me. She said to go outside and read the sign. The sign aren’t even visible and the font is very small. I suggested she make the signs bigger and she said it wasn’t her problem I couldn’t read. Horrible customer service here. I would not recommend which is a shame because the food here is great. (1 out 10 wouldn’t...

I don't normally go out to eat but decided to take my grandson and enjoy authentic mexican food. He got the kids taco plate which was a flat tortilla with chunks of carne asada. No cheese, lettuce NOTHING! He didn't even eat it. I ordered the flautas with rice and beans. I got 4 not hand made but FROZEN CORN TAQUITOS with fake meat topped with pickled onions, lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber and 2 slices of avocado. The beans "you could drink them with a straw" the quacamole for the chips were waterd down avocado sauce. No salt and no flavor. I have been to this place before and the food was actually good. I don't know if they are cutting costs due to the summer, but if so... JUST CLOSE!! 20.00 SHOT TO NOTHING. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR VISIT IT FOR GOOD FOOD AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE IT. Not to mention the horrible...
