This review is for my experience with Elizabeth. She is extremely unhelpful and just plain unfriendly. Almost mean. I came into the store smiling and she didn't acknowledge me but I said Hi, and she looked up. Then I said, "How's it going?" and she gave me a blank stare, like, "What do you want?"
I just needed some help printing some documents but she just gave me horrible vibes. The first thing she said was "I can't print it here. Go do it over there by yourself." I told her I had a bunch of documents and the print quality was not good on the Print&Go machine. I showed her the one document I had tried to print which was smeared with ink. She said, "ok, I'll do it ONE time, but I'm not supposed to." This surprised me because I've come here before and the other shorter girl (not the mean one Elizabeth, a different girl I wish I knew her name she is actually REALLY nice and helpful!)
Anyways, I wait about 2 minutes and she looks up from behind the counter and tells me it will take AWHILE. I ask, why? (usually only takes literally 30 seconds to print black and white normal documents) And she says because she has to click on a bunch of files....I tell her you know what, I'll just go figure it out myself on the Print&Go machine. So I went and printed my stuff in 5 minutes, even though I had to click on the individual files too.
In short, , I was so shocked because she wasn't even pretending to act like she cared about helping me. She clearly wanted to find anyway possible so she wouldn't have to help me.
Interestingly, there was another girl in the store with us, and when we were both leaving she told me that she tries to never come to this Fedex in the morning because that is when Elizabeth works.
I don't get the idea that Elizabeth is actually helping customers. From what I saw this morning, there were only us two in the store and that was...
Read moreVery bad international services , how come I wrote all the data of the recipient correctly and should be arrived and there is delaying beyond the maximum delivery date ! The reason is incorrect or missing address ! How come ! I revised the data again by phone with the customer service again and I told them the same address again ! Even if the address is missing , there is phone number of the recipient , they should call him . It’s all a messy , there should be someone responsible for this mistake . Even after I called the customer service and I told them it’s very urgent papers and this papers has deadline and solve the problem as early as possible . No response . The FedEx office in the other country is handling the issue so easily and when the recipient asked them , they told him that they will deliver the package at middle of next week . Really I’m upset , this’s my first time to go to FedEx . New edition : the customer service in US told me the missing data in the address is resulted from the employee in this office...
Read moreI wish I could rate this zero stars. I only rated it a one because I was able to use the self service copy machines and they worked great. After I printed what I needed to print I needed to mail it. I had the envelop and stamp already so all I needed was outgoing mail. I went to ask the employee if they had an outgoing mail spot and before I even opened my mouth I made eye contact and she put her hand up and said, "it's going to be a few minutes." I said I understand but do you have an outgoing mail spot and she rudly replied "no, O no." All she was doing was packing a box behind the counter so I feel like this was a very small request, especially in the customer service industry. I came in on September 13, 2017...
