I’ve had nothing but problems with my upstairs neighbors. They have hardwood floors, and they make extremely loud noises to patronize me. They know when I’m trying to sleep, they know when I have company, the hero, stocking, they hear my TV, they even hear my music coming from my phone And they make extra loud noises in these occasions. I’ve complained to the apartment manager I’ve gotten no results. I’m very disappointed. I never have problems like this before where I’ve lived. I have everything great to say about the way. The complex looks the way maintenance is performing. I have nothing but great things to say but it when it comes to the neighbor I have nothing but derogative things to say. That’s not like me. I’m a very upbeat positive person. I’d like to know what to do about this! This has to stop! They wait till after 5 o’clock and they’re even worse on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and it’s always when the office is closed. When I tell the office there’s a problem they say they’ll call them Whether they do or whether they don’t, I don’t know, but they make extremely loud noises after the calls made. Sometimes I don’t even bother letting the office know anymore. They do it so short I can’t audio or videotape them so I have no proof except nurses and doctors that come to my house. They hear it they complain about it. I have cancer and I’m very sick. I have an IV. I’m on IV therapy. I’m on chemotherapy and they don’t care. Today my caregiver went upstairs. They don’t answer their door so she yelled through the door and they finally stopped but then as soon as they heard her leave, they started up again and they’re doing it right Nowas I speak. This has to stop this has stop now!...

Every time I always go in to get a parking permit, I'm always greeted with a smile and great energy.
