It all started with a craving for samosas and a bad sense of direction.
Randy, who considered frozen chicken tikka from Costco “authentic,” decided to visit India Bazaar for the real deal. He walked in expecting a few snacks. He walked out two hours later with a cricket bat, three bags of spices he couldn’t pronounce, and a suspiciously warm mango lassi.
Inside, it was chaos—in the best way. A Bollywood song was blasting through the speakers, someone was shouting “Bhaiya!” at the top of their lungs, and two aunties were in a passive-aggressive standoff over the last packet of paneer.
Randy wandered the aisles, eyes wide, confused but determined. He thought “hing” was a typo, mistook jaggery for soap, and accidentally bought a pressure cooker he thought was a rice steamer.
At the checkout, he tried to make small talk with the cashier. “Big fan of tikka masala,” he said, proud. She raised an eyebrow. “That’s like saying you love Italian food because of Chef Boyardee.”
Just as Randy was about to leave, a rogue toddler pushed a shopping cart into a pyramid of papadums, triggering a crunchy avalanche. No one panicked. The cashier sighed, handed Randy a broom, and said, “Welcome to India Bazaar, bhai.”
He did finally get his samosas—cold, slightly squished, but 100% worth it.

Read moreWorst customer service staff. The lady who finished her shift around 8 pm on 29th may sunday.
Sunday (29th May) i experienced worst customer service. Around 7.50pm i went to this customer service section and asked the lady who was busy with her phone . I simply asked by showing a bangles that “Excuse me, is it plastic and do you have any glass bangles “ . Below is the response from her with a rude and loud voice “This is all we have and go check there by a arrogant style like i am her maid or something.” I again asked politely that what happened why you are being rude ? I am just asking a question. To this she again replied with loud that “she is not being rude while walking away and she then called another lady (who about to start her shift) and said “ amma can you handle him . I gave him my PUNCH and my shift is end”.
Seriously for a simple question how can she show this much attitude???? Is this how you treat customer????? And what the word PUNCH she used for ???
Then the other lady who she called listen to my question and show me exactly where the glass bangles is and thats all. I appreciate the lady who started her shift around 8pm but the other lady before 8pm shift was a real rude . Oh my god . Management you gonna hear more complaints about this lady . Good luck with your arrogant and uneducated staff...

I try to return it on 09/01/2022 "Next day of vinayagar chakurthi". They said it was 4th day and not accepting for return or exchange. I said, I didn't know and they said there is a sign for the same indicating number of days.
Recruited new peoples, who don't how to place the items in bags. Especially spoiling vegetables.
