Man one wash and you have to throw your Wave's Garments away... What kind of material are you using... Ash I'd say....lol.. Then half of your garments have holes in them in the store and if not then soon as you try them on then that's your first rip..... Plus size minimum very mininum selection... I understand your no money given back policy cause you would constantly be doing that... Then you employers are the most rudest employees management included... Basically ladies if you want a quick outfit for a evening out don't shop wave... Now if you have time, needle, and thread or use for expensive cheap material.. Then go... I wish I could give them a 0 star. Horrible experience and the people working there are very rude. I went there to exchange the tops which was damaged and the people working there totally refused to exchange it which I bought just 24 hours ago even though I had tags and receipt. And they also claimed that they wouldn’t sell damaged clothes even by mistake and told me that they would check each and every clothes one by one before they keep them for sale. And they totally refused to exchange. Very worst management and customer service. Never...

They definitely need to get friendlier people, my wife usually goes there shopping and went there a little too late, she never takes clothes back but that day since they were almost close she took a blouse that she liked and did not notice that it had a tear until she was home, went back to the store a day later to change it and the manager was very rude towards my wife stating she was not getting the money back or the blouse changed. Irving mall is not as busy as it has been in the past and with this kind of people they will not last...
