Words are not enough to show our gratitude to the management and staff of NCHC Irvington NJ for their professionalism,assistance and friendliness in the discharge of their duties,God bless you all. From the very first day I and my family stepped into this place and up till now, it's been positive experiences all the way. They are good listeners, empathetic,helpful and friendly especially Ms.Rosa. She always goes out of her way to put smiles on the faces of all patients and even intending patients and always assist to ensure your appointment is seamless. Today August 9,2023 was another additional positive experience with Ms.Rosa and her colleagues. We met them at the barbecue day outing right across the health centre and they all represented NCHC positively. Thank you all for always exceeding my expectations, God bless. Thank you Ms.Rosa for being you,keep it up.

NCHC keeps making my day. We visited yesterday Sept.20 and as usual every staff was helpful.Ms. Ciera eventhough she was very busy still made sure everyone was attended to promptly. She was attentive to our request and did the needful. Ms. Rosa and doctor Justina.A were also on point. Thank you all,management and staff of NCHC Irvington NJ. I have been attending this facility for a little over 5 years and on average it’s usually not bad. Yesterday, however, I was reminded of what it meant for your health Card team to go above and beyond for you. In a nutshell, for weeks I was having trouble locating a specialist that I need to visit. Yesterday I went to the site’s Manager Anthony and ask him to assist, immediately he jump on the task and diligently began helping me to locate the specialist, and for over 2 hours all while multitasking between his meetings, assisting staff, helping other patients and taking calls, he still continued to look. After about 2 hours, the task caught the attention of Mrs. Johnson and she too began searching, online, via phone and through databases, after about another hours we were successful. I have never felt more cared about and I’ve never seen administrative members take such a direct interest in patients. I am very proud to call this my local medical facility, and I would recommend them a thousand times over. The nurses and doctors have always been courteous and caring but my experience yesterday was definitely, going above and beyond. NCHC in Irvington, definitely makes you feel like your individual care MATTERS to every member of their staff as much as it matters to you.....

First time going to this place, first I have to say, you don’t feel welcome from the moment you step in, there’s not a organization, my son appointment at 12pm and we waited till 3pm, there’s not enough space and also not seats, must of the mothers and kid had to wait for so long standing, the condition in general is depredadle. My son has autism and this is the second time I finally get to see his pediatrician ( wish cancelled his appointment 3 times) and when I get to see her the treatment to me and my son was poor and seems she does not even remember us. Then I have to wait for like 30mins just to get all the paper work for discharge and the flu shot, the nurse was extremely rude, I felt like he didn’t know my son has a condition which is disappointed, the way he treated my kid was traumatizing for him, he never experience to get the shot of anything the way this nurse did, we left the place and my son still bleeding from his harm, I’m definitively never go to this place, and there’s also a good lesson that not every clinics have the acknowledged to understand how to treat special...
