The manager here has the worst attitude & customer service. I recently brought several items online, as the store was closed due to the pandemic. Well I received my items the same day the store reopened. Only one of my items didn’t fit & I just needed a smaller size. I took it back to the store (as stated on my statement & receipt invoice.)& he refused to exchange the dress! I called customer service while I was still in the store. The representative asked me to put her on speaker phone so she could tell him to exchange the dress. He yelled at her in front of the customers & walked away! IWILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! From the door to the register and back, expect near-silence, head gestures, and dismissive hand gestures in place of actual speech. I HATE coming into this store, but is the nearest one to me.
