10 spot - Came here like every week this summer for a quick grab and go outfit. Just returned an outfit I didn’t wear this one time, lady gave me a hard time (short cut, thick, with glasses) for clothes never worn. Then when she gave me a store credit of about 40$ I grabbed a new outfit. She removed all the tags so I couldn’t exchange for another size or anything. She never said it’s final sale or anything. When I got home and tried them on all tags on everything I bought were removed purposely and secretly. I used to work as an assistant manager at a boutique in the mall with waaaay nicer clothes. What she did was extremely unprofessional and quite disrespectful. I spend money there all the time and NEVER return anything. I was punished and treated like a criminal for wanting to exchange brand new clothes I never even tried on. I will never shop here again. I shopped at Madrag located in Irvington, NJ 07111 and my shopping experience was okay until I approached the register. Brianna(Sales Associate) was very standoffish and made no eye contact or interaction with the customers. During my transaction, Brianna was shaking her head the entire time as if she had to or wanted to get something off of her chest. As if she was not in the mood to ring my purchase up. She just pushed my receipt in my hand like she was relieved the transaction was finally over at the end. This young lady should not be at the register if she is in a bad mood or she should've called out on this day if she was going to act like a jerk. First time in the store and it was quite the experience. Rosie & Chanita were extremely caring and thoughtful. As an amazing team they worked to put together the most beautiful outfit, shoes, and accessories for my babies 8th grade graduation the checkout girl was very comforting , friendly and had spoken to my daughter like a big sister , my baby couldn't be more pleased. I'd most definitely will be back to purchase more items for/with my daughter...
