This “gym” is a scam. I’ve been charged entirely too much and incorrectly. I have been trying to have this issue resolved just haven’t gotten the help. CANDY has the most nastiest attitude. She is rude for absolutely no reason you guys definitely need to handle that. I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. Where. Is. My. Money ????

No response or ms. rudeness isn’t there (yes I come/call at the times of employee hours) I have been super nice during this entire drama fest. So the gym has a very nice vibe & calm atmosphere, my only issue is the cleanliness. I understand members are supposed to clean up after themselves but unfortunately many don’t. Most gyms have a cleaning service or atleast a staff member to look around & help out with cleaning. There are boogers on the wall next to the stairmaster which was disgusting to even be near, water bottles literally laying everywhere, hair in the bathroom, weights everywhere. 1.She doesn’t answer the phone I asked to speak to the owner because she was trying to charge me for not canceling when she never helped me to cancel or explained There’s another manager she didn’t let me speak to them. She got mad when I asked for their number and hung up when I asked for her name. I tried to negotiate with her and she didn’t help me.
