We bought a pair of Cloud Nine suitcases from S&A. When got home we could unlock one of them. I had to drive 7 miles to return it. The store representative forced it open. As they did not have a replacement, he was not even bothered so I accepted it. By the time we go on a cruise, the both fell apart. See video. S&A have not got a publish email address so it is now going to cost me call them. Ridiculous!

I recently inquired about a pair of pants I purchased for there. The brand is pretty decent, but this particular pair was faulty and noticed it had a tear in it when I first wore it. I know their policy was no for anything out the package or any undershirts. But I wanted to know what the return policy was for over clothes that still had the receipt but the tag was taken off. The lady I called was polite and went to ask what one of the lead persons what to do. That's when I overheard the person they asked go "Nooo, f* outah heyah!". The girl on the phone was nice and the prices are good for basic clothing, but the nasty person I over heard with the bad attitude was the only reason I dropped it...
