I purchased two watches from Keys Pawn. The first purchase was a watch I never expected to be able to consider as it was a limited edition and expensive- well beyond my means. Keys Pawn had it available at an unbelievable price. I contacted Melvyn because I thought it was too good to be true. He came across as honest, forthright, and very helpful. He was very responsive and garnered confidence in his knowledge. I decided to take a chance on the piece, and I am so glad I did. It is everything he said it is! There was a hiccup when the watch came- I didn't think it was working perfectly. He was so supportive, even though I had already paid in full (in my experience, many retailers' service, support, and responsiveness end after being paid in full). He had me try a couple of things which didn't work and ended up asking me to send it back to him to evaluate. It turns out the manufacturer installed the main spring wrong and it broke! He fixed it and sent it back- no charge, including no charge for shipping. Melvyn was great to work with and also a lot of fun on the phone. Because of how positive the experience was, I have been looking to purchase more from him, and he got a used watch that I loved and bought. Another great experience and great deal.
