Honestly had a horrible experience in this hotel. Our stay involved a few concerns:
We originally had a room that had a conjoining door to the room next to us, which normally isnāt a problem, however this room and the room across the hall kept both their doors open, weāre playing music, talking loudly, and walking back and forth between the rooms. To try and relax we decided to ignore them and enjoy the jacuzzi downstairs but,
Upon entering the pool area, there were at least 17 kids under the age of 12 that were being supervised by maybe 3 parents total, and they were jumping into the jacuzzi, furthermore
There were no towels available and we had to head up to the 4th floor soaking wet when we gave up trying to enjoy ourselves.
It was past 10pm and the people next to us were still being loud so we asked to switch rooms and we were accommodated, but
when we switched rooms there were several children running and screaming down the hall until 10:30pm.
Also there were dozens of kids running around all aspects of the hotel, taking up large spaces in the dining room (while not dining), and destroying all the amenities of the hotel while their chaperones were getting drunk at the bar and watching the kids be obnoxious from a distance.
Lastly, in the morning the breakfast was not complimentary. We were going to be happy to pay the $10 each to eat, but upon looking at the offerings⦠we did not because all that was available was some cereal, bread, and muffins. This is disappointing because hotels that cost 1/3 of the price of our stay have wonderful complimentary breakfasts with muffins, cereal, eggs, meats, juices, and fruit.
I understand the front desk agent could not leave his station and he was as accommodating as possible by moving our room because it was a busy night with several military families and lacrosse teams.
I understand a hotel cannot control which guests are staying, but they can enforce rules and procedures. And I wish, like other hotels who could have this problem -who do not even have the āstatusā of Hilton- that a manager came into the premises to talk with the chaperones and problem families about their nuisance.
Going on from that the Hilton staff offered us some hilton points and we shared my fiancƩ's account for them. I was expecting this to not be a headache on top of everything above but I guess not. Going on nearly a week of dealing with their customer support, or lack there of to get this handled, they've submitted points to two different accounts than the one we asked them to, and provided us non functioning links to set up the account
Everything dealing with this hotel has been horrid, will not be...

I stayed for 4 nights traveling with my 6 y/o Australian Retriever with a torn cruciate ligament. For any dog owners out there, y'all can understand the added stress...
From the moment I interacted with the front desk to find the best room, to requesting ice at 4am PT as I was working EST, the front desk staff was incredible.
I'd ignore any negative reviews regarding dog friendliness - yes, if your dog barks nonstop all night/you can't discipline, then you probably shouldn't be staying at a hotel and might consider other accommodations. The staff showed so much compassion for my dog - treats at the front desk even!
I don't have much context for Seattle hotels, but as a Hilton rewards member and being from South Carolina staying at some nice Hilton properties on the beach (when lucky enough), this property was extremely well kept, clean, and safe!
I'd ignore any reviews that are negative there - it's Seattle, the hotel can't control the patrons who chose not to respect the property.
I also had my truck parked all week with a top rack travel soft case and tow basket, and I never once felt my property was at risk although it is free parking at your own risk.
More added bonus - for dog owners or anybody active, right behind the property is a park which is dog-friendly, has various walking paths, and very cool views of mountains and stream!
Finally, the room was extremely comfortable, great accommodations - pool and hot tub open until 10pm. As a certified pool tech in college for 7yrs+, I'd also ignore any reviews regarding the pool. By it's very nature, pools are volatile. The entire week of my stay (although I had to work), the pool was in working order and being thoroughly enjoyed by other guests.
Overall, the property is off the main road as well, which keeps traffic around property low. I walked across the street to Chase bank, pet store, grocery store, etc. (all within 5 minute walk from hotel) on a sunny afternoon.
I am honestly shocked to read some of these reviews. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this property and will stay again if I pass...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst of all, Issaquah is a small place. This Hotel, in all my travels around the globe, lives up to its founders mission: to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.
I stayed one night (with wife and child) just by happenstance.
Man, did I choose right. As an evening shift person⦠let me tell you, Ryan at the front desk gets his own 5 stars. He may not adhere to every policy (because heās wearing his own sweater due to being near doors in 40° weather) but heās dialed in. An excellent host with charisma and common sense. Which is refreshing.
The hotel itself was clean and nice. Excellent visual aesthetics, cleaner than a ā5 starā estate. The housekeeping staff is on it! The waterfall out front was an appealing touch. Iām sure someone in the office is still anti-waterfall. Fire them. They donāt understand the business. The gym and pool facilities were outstanding. Clean, plenty of options, TV/water/views⦠they have it all! Everything essential or needed is available.
Next up, the hotel staff. I did not encounter a single crappy/crabby individual. Everyone knew their role quite well. To a level, I personally, see rarely in a business or in travel. Danielle, Scott, Ethan, y mi hermanos de la cocina Pedro y Ricardo⦠did a bang up job. Give them all a raise. I canāt tell you enough how each of them performed so flawlessly that I would stay here just for fun to see them and interact with them again. They are the peopleās people. They exhibit hospitality, humor, humbleness, and are attuned to making the guests feel welcomed. I thank them and you (boss man reading this. Youāve assembled an excellent team). I would recommend this hotel anytime to anyone. Great job, and thank you⦠it was refreshing to stay with Hilton and get the Hilton experience⦠which, believe it or not, is not always the case.
The Issaquah team, however, delivers what you expect when you click to...
