Overall, a good restaurant. Clean, inviting, friendly staff (and so is the restaurant).
It gets busy, but it is a larger space, so usually not a problem. The problem here for me, is that the consistency of drinks is NOT working for them, and reaching out to Customer Service time after time isn't solving things.
Food ★★★ — The experiences I have had here is that they do a good enough job with the food, it just isn't something I enjoy. Most of the treats are either over buttered, over sugared, over salted, but that's with any Starbucks. It's an outing, so you can't really call it "bad" if it's just a once or twice thing. Drinks ★ — I have had about 25 experiences here, and though I would say my rating is fairly objective since I go to Starbucks daily, this location has the least consistent drink experience in all the Starbucks' I tend to stop at. Store/Cleanliness ★★★★ — Every time I have been here, the garbage's are clean (never overflowing), floor is clean (even after it snowed) and there aren't "consistently" dirty tables from customers. They do a great job maintaining the appearance. Store/Staff ★★★ — Having to fight about my drink tasting "off" isn't something I want to do. It was made wrong, remake it the right way, I don't need a bunch of chat about how you made it right the first time. Note: I watch my drink being made, every day, because the placement of the bar allows me to do so...and when I pay roughly $7.50 a drink on a daily basis, I want that consistency from my experience. Store/Management ★ — I have never seen the store manager, nor have I ever been given an opportunity to speak directly with them because it's typically busy when I have any issues, for them and for me. A store manager should be focused on the customer experience through their employees, if they are going to take a non-frontward facing approach.
Overall score: 2.4 stars, rounded down to 2. If I could give it a one star review for now, I would, but that isn't my way. Everyone deserves a good experience in the largest coffee establishment in the world and this one simply doesn't...
Read moreAh Starbucks, the McDonalds of coffee... I've never truly enjoyed a coffee from any Starbucks. I don't understand why it's so hard to make a decent cup of coffee but it sure seems to be for them if it's not mostly sugar. Medium Americano with an extra shot of espresso, order it every time, basically strong drip coffee, and every time, no matter what Starbucks, it still just tastes like bean water with a hint of coffee. Yes occasionally I taste other coffee drinks from Starbucks and their cold brew is usually ok. You'd think I'd just add a fourth shot right(what's the definition of crazy?)? The thing is any time I go to a real coffee shop, one extra shot is PLENTY! Starbucks just doesn't actually give you 3 shots when you say 3 shots, it's more like 1.5. And the one time I did order a 4th shot it tasted burnt and actually too strong for me. Like I said, the McDonalds of coffee. That being said their breakfast sandwiches or decent, burritos are horrible(most places have started using potato as filler; less egg for you, more money in their pockets), egg bites are alright, muffins are mostly air(no substance to them). The food has nothing to do with this particular Starbucks and the service here seemed friendly and fast, though a little high brow. Had a nice ambiance to it. Lots of people hanging out talking and working on computers. Very big inside for a Starbucks, probably because there's no drive through. My suggestion, go to a real coffee shop and support local...
Read moreTerrible morning service. I ordered two beverages and they took 25 minutes to be made. Upon pick up, the barista didn't even look at me or thank me. She had no sense of urgency and her friendliness was extremely lacking. Also, one of my beverages was wrong, so I had to wait more time to get it made. They used the same cup which I thought was odd. What if the person had a food allergy to the previous drink? I'm dumbfounded that people were allowed to wait that long and leadership didn't step in to help. If someone had been apologetic or even given me a smile, maybe I wouldn't be here complaining. You should really treat all your customers the same, I felt like I was being discriminated against. Won't be coming to this...
