Went two times in one week. First time employee told me that I couldn't taste test a flavor. Really stupid policy since it is time to get past Covid-hysteria. 31 flavors and you can't try any??? He was also kind of quick and dismissive. Saw another comment about him. Not surprising. Went back a few days later and two different employees working. Since I couldn't taste test the one I wanted to last time I asked which was better between the one I wanted to try and a similar one. I was told "I don't know, I don't live in your head." Was asking for an opinion, not diagnosis. Forgivable if the employee wasn't otherwise also rude and dismissive. Also, since I work in Cust Svc it takes a lot for me to call out an employee. Like they have to go beyond "not polite" and tread into "actively rude" territory. I'm there for ice cream though, not friendly people. I'd probably give 5 stars even with current employee issues. RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: The store did not have customers waiting 5-10 minutes. Your employees were helping new customers who came in long after I did and after I informed them of the order’s existence. I informed your staff of the order and stood within their view less than 3 feet from the register the entire time and watched them do everything but work on the order.
