Jackson Falls is undoubtedly a picturesque haven nestled in the heart of Jackson, New Hampshire. The natural beauty of the area is awe-inspiring, with cascading waterfalls and lush greenery creating a serene and captivating ambiance. The soothing sounds of the water, combined with the vibrant colors of the surroundings, make it a paradise for nature enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike.
However, it's worth noting that the popularity of Jackson Falls often leads to overcrowding, even on weekdays. The allure of its beauty is so widespread that visitors flock here, which can diminish the tranquility that such a place should ideally offer. The limited parking exacerbates this issue, and finding a spot can be a challenge, regardless of the day.
While the crowds and parking situation might be a downside, there's a silver lining nearby in the form of J-Town Deli. This eatery, located down the street from Jackson Falls, serves as a wonderful respite. After a leisurely stroll through the falls, heading to J-Town Deli for a meal is a great way to unwind. Their selection of delicious deli sandwiches and other delectable treats offers a welcome contrast to the busyness of the falls.
In conclusion, Jackson Falls is an undeniably beautiful natural area that captures the essence of New Hampshire's scenic beauty. However, the challenge of overcrowding and limited parking can detract from the overall experience. Thankfully, J-Town Deli provides a charming culinary refuge just a short distance away, ensuring that your visit to Jackson remains memorable for both its natural splendor and its...
Read moreThis was a great little surprise to our visit to Jackson for breakfast. When we looked up what Jackson had to offer we were more than amazed at these falls. The leaves were considered past peak but there was still plenty of color left on the trees for us to consider it amazing. It wasn't a terrible walk at all with our 4 and 8 yr old. They had rain boots which made it even more fun to jump in puddles and climb all of the rocks! We will definitely visit again on our...

The rocks on the falls can be a bit slippery in places, so watch your footing, and (if you can) wear water shoes to aid in gripping the underwater surfaces. I definitely recommend this for a family adventure, as it's beautiful to...
