Autumn Nomad Cafe — Restaurant in Jackson

July: I was in Moultonboro for the day to keep my boyfriend company while he renovates a home. I was craving a nice cappuccino and great cookies and knew where I needed to take the drive to. Autumn Nomad has a very smooth tasting cappuccino and never disappoints. Their cookie selection is outstanding and they are just Heavenly. Then combine that with the beautiful location of Jackson NH and it's a win/win all the way around. Service is always spot on and their cafe is immaculate. I bought a dozen cookies and got the baker's dozen treat of a 13th cookie for free! A must to add to your destination and top it off with White Mountain Puzzle shop nextdoor and your kids will love to join you 😀 unless you're looking to escape 😜

January: I'm a bit late with my review, so my apologies to Dave and his amazing staff. I was in Jackson for the annual Christmas Cookie B-B Cookie Tour. I needed a yummy latte and this bakery was highly recommended. First when you walk in, the vibe is upbeat and warm. The showcases are kept immaculately and the baked goods on display scream quality and delicious! The attention to detail on their Christmas Cookies alone, was simply outstanding. I shared with Dave, that my family owned an Italian bakery just north of Boston for 54 year's. I'm fussy about my baked goods and made sure to compliment his baker, on her outstanding decorating skills. We had just finished with The Inn on Thorn Hill and I asked my boyfriend to please take me back to the bakery. I just couldn't leave without some of their gorgeous cookies. Dave, I hope you're reading this😀. First, your ricotta lemon cookie was tender and delicious , but your eggnog cookie was really incredible. Also the beautifully decorated Christmas cookies went over HUGE. I can not wait to return and will call to place an order before coming up your way. Please let your baker know, she puts my brother to shame, who was known all over for his tender cookies. Your baker's were absolutely amazing. September 28, 2025: I'll continue to review this amazing Cafe with it's picture perfect location. I tend to write about their amazing cookies and don't get me started on their tremendous butter cream cakes that are precut and in the refrigerator as a grab-n-go. What I fail to do is comment about their staff. In particular their hands down brilliant baristas and the young lady at the register who is an absolute breath of fresh air and just an incredibly warm sole. I got to experience how they make you feel like your visiting their home, twice this past weekend. They make the whole cafe experience, just that, a wonderful experience because of their love and passion for what they do. Their barista is extremely talented and for those of us not into the over sugary beverages, she nails it every time. I walk away in awe at her craft. As I've done in the past, as holidays approach, I'll pre-order their delicious cookies by the dozens so I can share with family and friends that I'll visit. My only wish is that I lived within a stones throw of this quaint cafe. Who knows, crazier things have been known to...

Jaime and her team at Autumn Nomad Events recently catered our intimate wedding of 20 people, and from start to finish, everything was pure perfection.

When we met with Jaime for our cake tasting and to review the details of our event, it truly felt like the stars aligned. Not only is Jaime incredibly talented, but she’s also warm, personable, and so much fun to be around! She was genuinely excited to help us create the perfect cocktail hour and dinner for our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, she was responsive, encouraging, and open to all of our ideas — and then executed them flawlessly.

On our wedding day, Jaime and Meaghan arrived early to prep and set up. We were greeted with hugs and drinks in hand — such a perfect reflection of how Jaime treats her clients like family. They completely transformed our Airbnb dining room for cocktail hour, complete with a drink station (water, bar, and apple ciders!) and stunning appetizers. Everything looked gorgeous… and then we saw our outdoor dining table. Jaime and Meaghan brought our dream reception to life — it was even more beautiful than we could have imagined.

Letting Jaime work her magic was one of the best decisions we made. Meaghan was equally kind and personable, and we were so glad she was part of our day! The food was incredible — and Jaime truly cooks to feed an army. Our cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. Every single one of our guests commented that our reception looked like something out of a magazine, that the food was amazing, and that Jaime and Meaghan were some of the kindest, most talented people they’d ever met. We couldn’t agree more!

We could not have asked for a better experience with Jaime, Meaghan, and the Autumn Nomad team. We’re so happy we stumbled upon her café during our wedding planning — everything there is delicious, and the atmosphere is so charming. Jaime’s passion for her craft and her clients shines through in every detail.

If you have an event, big or small, book them now! It will be one of the best decisions you make — and by the end, Jaime will feel like a close friend.

Why can’t I leave more stars and where do I start. I was the bride. My mother helped me book Jaimie and the Autumn Nomad for my wedding and…just…WOW. Jaimie went absolutely above and beyond. We had more than enough food for our 60 guests and everyone was RAVING. I think I got more compliments on her dishes and vibes than my dress. Anyway, as a vegetarian I really wanted some top notch vegan/vegetarian food. Her vegan mushroom and cauliflower dish was an absolute hit with veggie and meat lovers alike and I’ll probably be eating it religiously for weeks.

The charcuterie was one of the bests I’ve had in a long time with various cheeses, olives nuts and cured meats which satisfied everyone when our ceremony started a few minutes late.

Fast forward to cake. She reached out multiple times about size, flavor, and the exact dimensions of our bear themed cake topper to ensure the cake was reinforced and up to the task of supporting the little bears. It came out flawless. Blueberry lemon was the perfect compliment for the various heavier dishes we chose for our meal, and I had plenty left over to save in the freezer for anniversaries to come. The adorable tartlets and cookies were a great addition from Jaimie for those who went just a tad overboard on the delicious main courses.

She is a loving caring human who felt like family and was willing to go above and beyond to make my wedding everything I dreamed of.

Overall it was stress free and she was ready and available at the venue in our kitchen throughout the wedding night and a spectacular brunch the next morning complete with quiche, coffee, pastry, fresh fruit and a special marscapone specially made by her for the occasion. YUM. 100/10. I could not recommend a more wonderful local business in New Hampshire.

OF NOTE: Because of the busy time of year, Jaimie literally gave her staff the night off and accommodated our event herself so they all had a Saturday to rest before larger more involved events.

Not only is the food delicious and the vibes like family, but she cares about her employees like they were her own.
