White Mountain Puzzles Store — Local services in Jackson

This review is about the customer service. I have not received my puzzles yet, but did get a puzzle tray today. I had a lengthy conversation before purchasing, and the sales person guided me to the item I bought. I turned out to be much too large for my space. She and I had discussed that I have space issues, and she pointed me to this item which is not in their catalog or online. Today, when I called about a return, the customer service person was edgy and unpleasant. I will have to pay return shipping, which given the size would be close to the price of the item. Now I'm wondering if they were trying to dump this tray, which turns out to be discontinued. And I am stuck with something I can't use, will likely have to trash, and a lingering bad taste in my mouth. My wife has been on a tear putting together the excellent puzzles from White Mountain Puzzles. They offer many styles, unique designs and a quality product.

We had one puzzle that was missing four pieces and duplicated two pieces. I found the customer issue form, filled out the details to include pictures of the puzzle in question, requested a replacement of like piece number, and we received the requested replacement in record time.

My girlfriend has put together over 35 puzzles in a few months. So we were talking about a vacation and she tells me about the "White Mountain Puzzle " store . We mapped out the trip a little over 500 miles one way . The store is located in Jackson NH. Once inside we found a quaint store with a nice variety of puzzles.
