Smoothie King — Restaurant in Jackson

I always order the super nutty grain with extra peanut butter. A few years ago, some of the workers did not make the drink well. Now, it seems like they have learned how to do it. The situation I have, is, the workers seem to not be sure of the price. Yesterday, I ordered a small nutty gran that was $7. Keep in mind , when I order a medium, it's $7 as well. Sometimes, it depends on the worker, they charge a little over $5. I guess their prices are based on how they feel. Another thing, the drive through window has severe Pot Holes. if you don't take your time, you will leave the bottom end of your vehicle at the drive through. Sat in the Drive thru 30 mins after opening for 10 mins no one to help, parked for a moment saw another car pull up and sit, no one came to the Window there was noticeably someone inside, front doors locked, I drove back to the window to let the other person know that no one had came for the 10 mins I sat there, she was knocking on the drive thru window, an employee opened it with a bad Attitude and proceeded to let us know they were NOT open and it would be 10 to 15 more minutes before there were! She left for Green Frog I left for Starbucks we will never return to this location! Take a course in Customer Service Management Team, returned later in the Day to speak with the Owner he offered no resolve or real concern over the incident. VERY poor Experience & even Worse...

The Smoothie King in Jackson has been around for quite a few years. Most of the workers are pleasant. They have quite a large variety on their menu. They can be a little pricey and they are very slow when it comes to service, especially through the drive thru. There's been many times when I have wasted 30 minutes waiting my turn. They only have 2 or 3 employees at one time, and sometimes only 1 is working. There are also only 4 smoothie machines, so that's a big part of the reason why it takes so long.
