Merchants Crossing Shopping Center — Attraction in Jackson

If I could leave a negative number, I would. This place has really gone downhill just within the past year or two. I used to always get the Big Chicken, but it's changed so much that I don't even want to eat here anymore. They changed the bread that it came on 3-4 years ago. That was bad enough. But it seems like nobody there really cares how an order comes out. I've ordered with cheese and without lettuce....had to take it back. I've ordered a burger without lettuce..... had to scrape off the lettuce. The last meal that I ordered there was HORRIBLE!!!!! The chicken was over cooked to the point that the breading was hard and the chicken was very tough. Plus, you guessed it, no cheese and lots of lettuce. And, the fries were soggy. Disgusting. My wife couldn't find what she needed at other large stores. I'm not going to say the names of which stores, because they are also great places to shop. During these fearful times, items are sold quickly and shelves are rapidly and constantly replenished. This happened to be a time, when they were out. Kroger's is a great store that most people seem to overlook and drive right by. Kroger's branch is a place for the people and that's all of us. They are friendly and generous as well as genuine. Smiles are not fake as they greet those coming into their stores. I've read many items about Kroger's through the years and can't recall even one negative report. I FOUND A RALPH LAUREN BLOUSE WITH THE TAGS STILL ON IT PRICED at ALMOST $80 I got it for $6.00 BINGO...🙌🛍️🛍️ People are always.👄 I don't shop at the goodwill...
