I ran to the mall today to purchase a Pandora bracelet for my daughter’s birthday. I was greeted with the best service I have received in a long time. Aretha Brown was fantastic! She greeted me the second I stepped into the shop and she did the same for every customer that came in while I was there. Such a warm Hello! Even behind the masks we have to wear these days, she was smiling and was so incredibly friendly and helpful! She knew all about the Pandora collections and was able to help me design the perfect bracelet. She gave me a lot of options and explained how everything works. She was very informative and it was helpful to have that understanding so I could make the right choices. I can’t wait to see the look on my daughter’s face when she gets to open the bracelet, and I am so grateful that Ms. Brown helped me choose beads that would provide an added security feature so they won’t fall off! I learned a lot and I look forward to taking my daughter to choose beads in the future. Oh! I almost forgot, the manager was also amazingly friendly and helpful. She inspected my wedding ring while we were working on choosing the beads and then she came and found me to return my sparkling clean ring while I was finishing up. She even complimented my wedding ring which always makes you feel a little extra special. Thank you so much for all you ladies do!! It means a lot to experience such great service when you go somewhere! Haha I’m broke now, but it was totally worth it! Read moreI took a watch to REEDS for repair and during the process I dealt with four different individuals. Each one was polite and professional including the ones that I spoke to on the phone. I was waited on promptly at the time of dropping the watch off and picking it up. I would have made this a five star review if it hadn't have been for the cost of the repair. The place that did the repair replaced the movement in the watch and the cost of the movement and the service to replace it along with the shipping cost was $307.00 and some change. I don't know anything about the cost of watch movements and the going rate for watch repair but this seemed kind of high to me, maybe it isn't. Anyway I got my watch back four days ago and all seems to be well. The watch does run a little bit slow so I guess they didn't regulate it, but I am satisfied with everything except the cost. One thing I do want to mention is that I have had batteries replaced in watches before, (this was not a quartz watch but a mechanical watch) and when I got the watch back the screw on back was loose. I checked the back on the watch that I carried to REEDS for repair and it was screwed down tight. Just thought I would mention this just to let everyone know that if you carry a watch to REEDS for repair or battery replacement they will screw the back on tight insuring the water resistance. My husband had bought my wedding rings back in 2016, and I’ve had it for five years. 3 months ago my ring suddenly went missing. I called and Mrs. Shannon was able to talk with me and helped us out tremendously. We are active military and no longer live in the state where we purchased it. She was very sorry it was lost, and told us she would do everything in her power to help us with a new ring if we wished to purchase again with them. We came home for Christmas and drove to Reeds in Jackson Tn. We met up with Mrs. Shannon and was able to find the perfect ring!
