Understandably busy at lunch. We ordered ahead on the app, went in and sat at a table, scanned the QR code and waited for the food. When it came out, no drinks were brought. Asked the worker and they said they would get them. One box of fries was less than half full, so we sent that back and they brought another one... still no drinks. Opened my fruit cup, strawberries were visibly past an edible stage. Sent that back... got another one that was maybe 3/4 full, but at least the strawberries weren't bad... although some of the apples had definitely passed their freshness stage... and I stupidly paid $5 for that cup of fruit. At least the canned mandarin oranges were still good. BTW... Still no drinks. I get up to go get them and they are finally bringing them, I thought. Nope, only one. Had to make tea for the second one (mind you, it is around 11:30, so prime lunch time, I'd think they would have tea prepped). Finally got the tea we were lacking. Once we got everything, the chicken and fries were hot and fresh, so there's that. It seemed the owner and another person were sitting in the dining room, because they moved when there were no more seats for the "paying customers" - his words. It's My Pleasure for this...
Read moreI keep giving this location chance after chance because it’s closer to me but almost every time I do decide to go there’s a problem. I ordered a salad but with no bacon with my birthday reward, (never had an issue at the Stonebrook location) my fiancé picked up my salad and brought it to me and not only was there bacon but it was lots of bacon on it to where I couldn’t even pick it all off and still eat the salad so I called the store and I talked to (Anthony I believe his name was) who apologized and said he would put the reward back on my account ( never got it) okay no big deal. It was a birthday reward I paid no money for it so whatever. Well my fiancé goes for breakfast this morning to get food for the family and he ordered breakfast burritos (2) and three chicken and biscuits, he gets home and the burritos weren’t even in the bag, they put another chicken and biscuit. I’m not sure if it’s because they are so busy and little mistakes keep happening but this is only two incidents of the few more that I’ve had at...
Read moreMy husband and I don't eat Chick-fil-A much and our visit there yesterday reminded me of why that is. First, the drive thru is the most confusing one I've ever been thru. After circling the building twice, I figure it out. There is no menu board, just some teenage girl staring at me like I've bothered her. She asks "whaddya want". I told her, "I'd be glad to tell you if only had a menu". She proceeds to walk over and brings back a laminated "menu" that only had half their items on it. We just ordered the first thing we seen, paid for it and was directed to the other side of the building. The service from that point on was pretty on point. Except, our fries were hot but our chicken was room temp and tasted as it was cooked in old oil. Disgusted, I just thru it out the window to a homeless looking dog and went somewhere else. Maybe the dog...
