I brought in my Galaxy S10 with a broken screen, unable to use it, and expressed that I needed it ASAP in order to connect remotely to work. "V" picked up on the urgency in my voice and let me know that he could have it fixed by the next day after overnighting the part. He then offered to switch the screen out with another screen he had in the back that he used for data transfers in the meantime, free of charge, just so I could continue working uninterrupted (the screen was also cracked, but functional). He was looking to solve my immediate problem. A+++ customer service!
He then asked if I wanted an LCD screen or an AMOLED screen, stating that the phone originally comes with an AMOLED, but an LCD screen would be $100 cheaper without sacrificing too much on screen resolution. When I hesitated, not knowing which to get, he offered to order both and allow me to see the difference. He actually offered to install the LCD, let me take it home that night, and if I didn't like it he'd switch it to the AMOLED at no cost. Again, A+++ customer service!
Wrapping up, I came back and he installed the LCD to let me view it, and when I decided to stick with the AMOLED, he installed the AMOLED and allowed me to inspect the phone and the picture before he fully sealed it. To top that off, he also installed a new battery and replaced the phone's backing AT NO COST!!! I practically have a brand new Galaxy S10 for the very reasonable cost of a brand new AMOLED screen!

When I brought the iPad in, first the clerk pulled up online what I could spend to purchase a new iPad compared to fixing my old one.
