The Fig Room - Jacksonville Wedding and Event Venue — Local services in Jacksonville Beach

I booked the Palm Room for my baby shower overall the space is good but you can tell the palm room is the least favorite of the owners. From the tour (which was hard to get a hold of them, no phone number you have to send an email and wait for a reply) to the day of the event the the owners were unresponsive and not very communicative. During the tour we were told we could use the parking located in the middle of the palm and fig room. We were told we have access to linens(even in the contract when you book linens are supposed to be available for use) and also access to the room of left over supplies in case we needed something extra. The only thing we that was as promised was the tables the day of the event. You get an email with the code to the door that says you can’t use the parking space. When I reached out to the owner for the linens no one replied until Monday 2 days after my event. Definitely disappointing. Overall we had a good day and I loved the venue but not sure that I...

From the very beginning through the day of our event, Katie was an exceptional resource! She gave a great tour of the space showing all the items available to use for our baby shower. It was very helpful to see everything in person so you can set up more quickly. Stepping into The Fig Room on the day of our event, we immediately could tell the space was all fresh and clean. I loved there was plenty of white wall space so we could decorate. The flow of The Fig Room made all of our guests comfortable to move around between the bar area, the food room, a quiet sitting room, the large dining room as well as the front room where we had a fun balloon display set up. What an adorable hidden gem! This place is so cute, cozy and right next the beach. I had the honor to attend a bridal party over the weekend and I was amazed with all of the decorations and the food was phenomenal.
