I have been doing business with this facility for over a year, I purchased a coil for my tank installed it in my tank properly and it was burnt I returned to the store they ask for receipt I don't keep the receipts usually they gave me such a hard time trying to find it in their computer I never raised my voice I never said anything negative. I returned to the store last night to make more purchases and I was told that I was banned from the premises indefinitely due to the fact that I intimidated and scared their employees to the point where they were scared for their lives which is absolutely incorrect. I would not recommend doing business with this establishment due to the fact that they are making up lies and slandering me in front of other customers. I've been to several vape shops in and around J'ville, Sherwood and NLR. This is my first time at this particular store though and I've got to say, it is by far the best in terms of customer service. Yes, the store is well stocked and very clean but it was the guy behind the counter that put it over the top. Alex is the first sales person that has taken the time to educate me on the differences in vapes and the juices that work best with them. I'm fairly new to vaping and thought it didnt really matter. Now I know why the salt nic I tried made me sick and some devices just wouldn't work well for me. I am so thankful he did. Maybe this time I can stick with it, enjoy it, and ditch the cigarettes in addition to not wasting money buying the wrong things. This will definitely be my go-to...
