One negative item, the parking is awful and there is not enough disabled parking spaces, so if you have a disability you might be in for walk if you want to park quickly. I really enjoy the outdoor shopping experience the fresh air between stores is nice. This "mall" is the only place I found if you wear more upscale clothing in Jacksonville. Here you have a decent Nordstrom and you'll find stores like Louis Vuitton, Brooks Brothers, Lululemon and a few others as well as upscale skin care shops. This also has decent dining PF Chang's, Cheesecake Factory I dined at California Pizza Kitchen and Seasons 52, I will be dining at Capital Grill. Seasons and Capital Grill have Open Table which is awesome you can make a reservation and have a table waiting for you when you finish shopping, saving you from a wait at Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and, California Pizza Kitchen during the evening. Town Center abuts a shopping center with Target being the anchor store. This Target is probably best one in Jacksonville. Happy...

I can tell that when it opened up it must've looked nice, sharp and modern but now it just looks run-down. The coke machine itself and surrounding area looked sticky and dirty as if they used a dirty towel to wipe it all down with. There were no tops for the drinks, but maybe thats just a supply issue due to current economy. The rest room was dirty, paper trash littering the floor, half of the toilet paper holder was broken off, missing. Trash can full. The brown-haired cashier's attitude was like, the last thing she wanted to do was take orders from people. Imagine Chick-fil-e then turn it 180 degree upside down for customer service
The swag burger was pretty good. The fries okay but for $20, at that location, customers expect more.
It wouldn't take much for a decent manager to get in there and make a huge...
Read moreWe always enjoy wondering around the shops, there is such a variety of places to check, that everyone can find something to do. We like sitting on the benches watching the turtles, while eating pretzels or chocolate Chip cookies from Barnes and Noble(we also love their books). I love eating outside at Maggiano's with the jasmine hanging everywhere. I also like popping into Free People, their fall/winter collections are my favorite.
There is so much to do at the Town Center. They have great supermarkets such as, Sprouts, Aldi's, and Publix. They have plenty of fastfood places, Chick-fil-A and McDonald's are our go too's. There are casual restaurants and fine dining. Clothing shops and sporting goods. Crafters delights like Hobby Lobby and Joanns. And Kilwins has wonderful ice cream and so many things covered in chocolate you wont know...
