So unprofessional it's unreal. I didn't even want to give it any stars but I had to pick a number in order to give a review. The drivers are rude and clueless. The managers don't respond in a timely fashion, if at all, and when they do they don't provide any true or beneficial information. I can't believe they are still in business. A driver came to pick up a washer/drier set and a dresser. Upon arrival and discussion of payment I was told that I was lying about the agreed upon price even after I showed proof of the email chain between myself and the manager. When I told the driver that his attitude was bad for business he left with no payment and none of the stuff. I called the manager and she said she would send him back. No apology or anything. Needless to say that the driver didn't show up. Before all of this happened I got an email at my work saying they wouldn't be able to come the day before (it was 7pm and they had my phone number that they said they would call before delivery.) I waited for over an hour before I called. Again, no apology and lots of attitude. Also, their drivers don't move anything on their own. So if you are older, alone, have an injury or are just small, expect to have to move large, heavy items down the stairs or to the truck on your own. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you buy from here, please inspect your items for functionality and sturdiness. They had a bed sitting on a bed frame with a decent headboard I liked. So I purchased it through the lease program. It was delivered the next day and as the delivery driver was putting it together, he thought he was missing some pieces, so he went to call the store but they informed him that everything was there. There was no center railing to support the center of the mattress, just for small metal clips on each end. The driver thought it was wiers but set it up anyways. I put my bed on it and yes it did hold just like it did in the store but once you sat or laid on the bed, boom!! Fell right through, the four small metal clips gave in from the weight. Of course they had it propped up looking nice in the store but I guess I should have just sat in the bed in the store and hurt myself there instead of my bedroom. The claimed it was bought like that so they sell like that, very deceptive, at least tell me how it's set up so I can make a more informed decision. Now I'm stuck paying each month for junk metal that I had to throw out. Place is just OVERPRICED THRIFT STORE FURNITURE!

Lacking southern hospitality and common decencies in my own personal opinion. Obviously after the money before kindness, as is the capitalist way. But I was raised differently. I assisted an elderly woman on picking up a washer and dryer that she had won and took it to this location for resale. Now I was just a simple third party and didn't have anything personal invested in the transaction, but it was obvious that she needed the help at the moment. Still in the box, a matching washer and dryer at the value of $599.95 each wholesale, they haggled and dragged their feet around until she accepted a meer $400 for it "before the rain ruins the boxes they are in" as they put it. They were nice enough not to charge me tax for the soda I bought, but thinking back now, I believe that would be tax evasion on my part🤔 I would give them a one star, but as I stated, I was just a third party that helped them unload it and get into the store just "before the rain ruins the boxes they came in". If they would had simply not charged me for the can of soda, I would have left a slightly better review and stars.
