Fantasy Costumes — Attraction in Jefferson Township

This was hands down the best costume place I've ever been to !!!!! I remember seeing it so many years ago on TV and I never came to visit until this year. Was blown away by their amazing selection of literally anything you can imagine for costumes. I feel embarrassed living in Chicago all these years and never once visited this hidden gem !!!! 🤦🏽‍♂️ I have officially made this my one stop Halloween shop for anything moving forward ! The staff there is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They gave me great tips and helped me find exactly what I needed especially Jay and Robert. I was able to find the perfect jacket and vest for my Joker costume (Joaquin Phoenix version 🤡) and the makeup needed so it won't smear from sweating. Me and my brother spent a few hours there just browsing and soaking up all the great Halloween vibes !!! It's literally like Willy Wonka"s Chocolate Factory. Instead of the chocolate and kids it's costumes and props ! From detailed Freddy Krueger gloves, Chucky dolls and wigs galore, to decorations and other miscellaneous props. Their mask selection really blew me away ! If you can't find a costume here, give up celebrating Halloween all together lol. They're open year round for any costume occasion so even on non Halloween parties, you should be able to find exactly what you're looking for. I got some really great deals here and will be coming back again soon ! It wasn't the savings but rather the atmosphere, PHENOMENAL customer service, vibes and overall presentation that has made me a future lifelong customer. With wishful eyes, we stared at the fog machine. Oh what a beautiful fog machine it was. Double-proofed connection, economical, and featuring the reliability and performance that comes with power of name, this fog machine had it all. However, sadly, such a fog machine was well out of our budget. As a tear trickled down my eye, a hand pressed against my shoulder. I turned to my left, looking at what appeared to be an angle. “Hi I’m Zee, do you guys want this fog machine?” It was as if Beethoven’s Für Elise began playing softly in my head. A glimmer, a small ray of hope entered into my heart. “Yes,” I responded to Zee, “we where just looking at this incredible looking fog machine, but unfortunately it’s well out of our budget. Is there anything you could do about that?” I made no effort to no conceal the strong desire we had for this fog machine. Zee looked at us, and with the most beautiful of smiles and a wink of the eye said, “let’s see if we can do anything about the price.” Für Elise began playing louder. “ I’m going to go talk with the manger Chuck and we’ll sort this out.” Für Elise got louder still. With nervous trepidation we silently prayed, hoping it could be true, wishing that Zee could pull through. And pull through she did, offering us the deal of a lifetime, allowing for us to not only purchase the Fog Machine at a significantly reduced cost, but teaching us a valuable lesson in hospitality and care for the simple-folk as well. What seemed like a small trip to a regular old costume shop turned out to be the greatest day...
