The most complete and best Chicago Park District facility.
I play in a men's hockey league here and the ice is probably the best in Chicago, that includes Johnny's. We are last on the priority list for getting the ice but that is because there are great programs for kids including figure skating and the River Dogs youth hockey club.
Beyond the programs there are open skating sessions and "stick and puck" on Sunday mornings if you would like to sharpen your hockey skills.
Besides the ice rink there are indoor tennis courts, a gym with weights and now they even have yoga classes. It is well kept and seems pretty safe even late at night after our hockey games.
Make sure to follow the facility on Facebook to get updates on the latest events or check their website frequently. It does cost money to use the facilities and take part in the programs so check the prices...

Tariq THANK YOU once again for your excellent...

Good place to start if you have never played tennis before. But don't expect advanced...
