I am here to revise and update my previous review about New Vision Granite. Previously I gave a negative review about damage done to my newly purchased kitchen cabinets, (purchased from a different business) while installing a counter top I purchased from New Vision on Armitage. It took a while but they finally came out to repair the damage. I must say Brenda who is the person that I am going to assume handles customer satisfaction was wonderful, she was not negative in any way, she listened to my complaint and after returning from maternity leave she got on it right away. We set up a date and her and her dad came out to repair the damage. Brenda was very friendly with me, we interacted back-and-forth talking about different things and I felt that she really wanted to get things straightened out and corrected. However, I can not say the same about Ruben her Dad. was not as cordial in any way, when they walked in my house he said a quick hello, but never said another word to me, not how are you, not have a good day, No smile, no thank you, nothing, i got the impression he was still angry because of my prior review. They installed some quartz for us about 6 months ago. We have an issue with one of the sections and despite contacting them repeatedly about it, we get no response. Seems like they do not stand by their work at all. Try somewhere else for your needs

As to your follow up, I'm not sure whether you are saying that you want to schedule someone to look at this or not. This is not an issue of wear and tear. As I explained to you by text there are three sections of quartz on our countertop. Two sections are fine and the third is missing the top gloss coat entirely. Wear and tear is not going to cause one section to entirely be missing this finish.

I would think you would want to resolve this but so far, your actions have got to make me think you don't stand by your work.
