I recall there being a bit of a gravel path to walk from the parking area, and then a set of short stairs to go down to see the jail up-close. I don't remember seeing any accessible ramp, however you can see the jail peeking out from the lot as well. The jail itself is fenced so you can't go into the room, but you can see everything just from outside the fence, as one of the walls has fallen out, so you can see the interior. Some friends who had visited before had positive comments about other local restaurants. It's a great little town full of history and hauntings.
