Bought two laptops to use in my office by elderly women who use the laptops very lightly. After 3 to 4 months, they stop powering on, I took them to a local trusted repair shop that said they Had faulty parts in them, Specifically, the charging ports unable to be repaired. After taking them in and talking to one of the associates He said they plugged them up all day let them run and then unplug them at night to recharge. So two laptops that are plugged in all day every day until they’re sold have problems with the charge ports. I think I see a correlation. They offered no assistance reimbursement credit or anything else other than just a sorry I’ve spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars here but I never will again and if you need a pawnshop, Express Pawn is by far the better shop to use. Read moreI went in with the intention of selling a few watches. One of which I’d financed and my wife told me she’d paid it off in August. Little did I know she just told me that and took over payments as a gift to me. The minute this was discovered I immediately said forget that watch and just do the other two. At this point they cited red flags and wouldn’t even entertain the other two watches which both had proof of owenership. They acted as if I was a criminal trying to get over on them due to a simple misunderstanding that I owned immediately.
