Veterans Park is a small memorial park located on the corner of First and Main Streets in downtown Kannapolis. Some of the reviews are confusing this park with Vietnam Memorial Park located a couple miles away on Orphanage Road, across from the orphanage. There are no ducks, frisbee golf or playground. There is a brick lined walk with named bricks, fountain, sundial clock and monument . Great place is sit down and read a book or reflect but no place for activities. Those can be enjoyed at Village Park or Vietnam Memorial Park.
