I had a disappointing experience with this establishment. Mine was an online shopping disaster. They didn't have the footie I ordered so it was not filled. I was niether notified or refunded. I contacted the store to find out where my order was since I did receive a ship notification. My order also contained a book, it was shipped, to the wrong customer. I was contacted by the owner, refunded for the book and shipping cost. Still no footie. I found an acceptable replacement, didn't receive ship notification until I inquired. The ship notification is for the original footie that wasn't in stock. I did receive the replacement I asked for and am pleased with the purchase. We had a photoshoot scheduled for 10am, but I realized at the last minute that I forgot to check my little boy's shoe size, and the shoes I had didnât fit. I messaged Boujee Babies at 9pm on a Friday night, and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me! Apparently, boujee babies return policy is 14 days. 2 weeks for a new mom is a ridiculous return policy for a store that sells baby items. Most new moms donât leave the house before 2 weeks with a baby. Your store should reconsider your return policy.
