So impressed from the moment I walked in. Super cozy atmosphere and very cute decor. The staff was very friendly! What impressed me the most was when I asked for a dairy free drink and what options they had (if any), Stephanie knew right away. The lack of hesitation for something such as an allergy was very impressive. It made me feel very comfortable and I did not feel as though I was an inconvenience like I have felt at many other coffee places. I come here all the time and order the same thing, perfect all the time. Always yummy. Perfect place to study, the tables and chairs don't rock, there is sunny/shaddy/in-between seating so it's great for any day. Most people who come in bring dogs so just be aware of that. Some of the newer girls could use some customer service skills, but that's the only time I had an issue with my order and they fixed it right away. Awesome for what they do for us veterans and community service members. Coffee is pretty good, bought a bag of whole bean for home and its pretty tasty. My only grip, the other day I ordered a Chai Latte, the young lady that made it was super friendly, but wanted to get back to her conversation with a guy at the counter. Once I left and got up the road and started to drink the latte, it tasted like a cup of whole milk with very little Chai taste and gritty from not being mixed well.
