do you like paying $200 for "average" hair services? do you expect walmart salon quality with an LA celebrity stylist price tag? no?? you probably don't want to go here then. was the service bad? no. was it amazing? no. was it highly overpriced and over rated? definitely. unless you want to be surprised with secret charges at the end of your appointment i don't recommend going here. my stylist put a "treatment" on my hair when she washed it without even asking me or informing me what she was doing. when i got finished, they had added $40 to my bill for a "glossing treatment" i neither asked for nor wanted. i never complained about this at the time, but i should have.. when it came time for my next appointment, i was unable to make the time, so i called two days in advance to cancel it. no one answered, so i called at 9am the next morning as soon as they opened.. again, no answer.. so this time i left a message.. somebody called me back later that day informing me that because it was "less than 48 hours notice", i may be billed a cancellation fee.. as you can imagine, i was pretty mad, but i decided to be courteous and give them a chance to make good on their error. so i texted the salon number and explained my thoughts and what happened.. did they apologize for my inconvenience and offer to make it right?? haha NOPE. instead, they informed me they didn't like my "tone", and basically told me i was lying because somebody was "always" monitoring the phone (even though i had to leave them a message which they magically somehow knew to return- go figure) and they told me i wasnt a good fit for their salon.. terrible customer service skills, ridiculous policies and SOME NERVE to banish an (overcharged) client from their pretentious salon. honestly, these people think they are a lot better than they are. your hair will look "ok" after you leave, but your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs a business owner, I truly hate leaving a poor review for another business. After reaching out multiple times, on multiple platforms and receiving no response after poor service, I felt the need to report this issue to the public. I received an extension move up last Tuesday and it couldnāt have gone worse.
As a former stylist myself and extensions wearer of 3+ years, I know how this service is meant to be performed and how the outcome should appear. From the beginning, the stylist didnāt seem to know what she was doing.
Unfortunately, performing this service incorrectly can lead to alopecia (hair loss) and hair breakage. Iām appalled that neither the owner or manager reached out to me to make things right. This is incredibly disappointing as this salon came recommended from another stylist. I cannot return to this salon nor would I recommend services by this extension provider on staff. She was a lovely young lady, very personable, but clearly needs more training with extensions.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been leaving voicemails with this salon since Saturday and it is now Tuesday and I have not heard back. I assume they are not taking new clients at this time.
I left a voicemail at least an hour and half before you closed on Saturday and did not leave this review until Tuesday at 10am, an hour after you opened for the day and after I had attempted to call again and got voicemail once again. Your hours are incorrect on Google as well if youāre not opened on Mondays just FYI. I have always worked in the customer service role and I know good service means returning your clients calls promptly. If you knew youād be closed on Sunday and Monday why not return your voicemails before you head out...
