The staff is rude and harasses their customers.
Literally, go to any other GameStop location. My kids beg me to go in here and we always leave feeling appalled by the staff. There is one staff member who is probably 5'8, dark hair and heavier set (my receipts say Charles?) who pushes their promos and memberships on us to the point where we are arguing at the cash register. It is extremely uncomfortable. I have worked retail, and understand what they must do, but accept no once and move on. What this employee does is borderline harassment and bullying. As he was handing me our purchase, he said, "Here's your full-priced items." Unreal.
