When I arrived, there were at least five people behind the counter, taking and preparing orders, with one person doing fries and bagging orders. When the sandwiches/burgers were all made and no one was in line to order, everybody else disappeared while this guy was left alone, clearly struggling to complete the orders in a timely manner. He'd call out three numbers at a time, and handed my order to the wrong person. I don't know if he was new and still learning, but it seemed unusual that he was ditched like that when there were others that could have helped him.

The shake was pretty solid, though I pretty much had it finished by the time I got my order. I think it's kind of a Five Guys trademark to give a boatload of fries. The smallest fry portion is big enough for two people, in my opinion, because they dump almost as many extras in the bag as there are in the serving cup itself. The burger was decent, probably too oversized to enjoy properly, but that's on me for ordering the big bastard. Will size down next time I'm at...

Ordered around 8:15pm on Friday 7/2/21, and boy was that a mistake. The order was "guaranteed" for pickup in 8-10 minutes and we wound up waiting 45 minutes in person, AFTER waiting to arrive for 10 minutes so the order would be done. At this point, my partner has asked 3 times about the ETA for our order, and our kids are starving and starting to cry.

The food was fine (read: bland and lacking salt), but everything was cold because - get this - after asking for the staff to check on our order multiple times, the rude guy working the pickup counter looked up, saw the fries sitting there with my partner's name on it, and handed them to someone else to give to her without so much as an apology.

Other weird things included the sole female staff member going around and locking all of the doors so that no more customers could get in, ironically thus locking all the existing customers inside and creating an insane...

Full disclosure, it may have been an off day. We’ve been to a lot of Five Guys across the US and Europe and this one was “fine”. The crew behind the counter were all excellent and they were as fast as anyone could want a Five Guys to be, but…for whatever reason, the food wasn’t great and the place was a mess.

We like to go to food places during the rush to see how they handle themselves and to ensure we get fresh food. Again, I don’t think any of the food was sitting because that’s just now how they get down, but…something was off.

Aside from the food, the place was in dire need of some attention. Trash cans were full and tables were dirty. The bathrooms were also a mess. This likely comes down to time management on the part of the manager and is NOT a reflection of this location in general.

We’d be willing to try it again if we find ourselves there. For now, though, I think we’ll see what else this area...

Good food, the name explains it well. Burgers are better than your typical fast food joint. Not healthy by any means but that's not exactly the point of fast food. You get tons of fries...more fries than any other fast food restaurant provides you with. No need for everyone in the family to get their own fries, that's for sure.

Was really busy, but still had us eating within 10 minutes. Food was really good, service was good! What more do you want from a great tasting burger!! Also love those Cajun fries, they aren't too spicy just packing alot of flavor which is the right way to do spice!
