I ordered on line through the Jack on the Box web site. Not once but twice because I really wanted the Tacos, burger and Curly Fries on 01/ 18/24. Not once but both times, right at the time that the orders were due to be delivered, I was notified by Door Dash (they already had driver waiting at the resturant) that my order was cancelled, and I was instructed to contact the resturant and was given a number to contact the resturant. I call and spoke to someone name Pedro. I asked him why the order wad cancelled, by Jack in the Box. He stated that the food was ready and to come get it. I told him I ordered it for delivery because I can't "get it". I asked him to contact Door Dash to come and pick up the order, and I was told that they do not have anything to do with that. Then I asked to cancel the order completely cause the charge has already hit my bank account and pending payment. He told me that it too bad, the food is made so I have to pay for it. I asked to speak to a Supervisor or the Manager, he said he was the Manager, then rudely hung up on me. I tried to call seveval times, and no one would answer the phone. I contacted Door Dash and they stated that they were notified by Jack in the Box that the order was cancelled. Since I really wanted what I ordered Door Dash even tried to call the resturant on both orders and no one would answer the phone, and they even tried 3 different phone numbers. Read moreI thought McDonald's was the worst fast food but JitB is absolutely horrible.
First - the eating area was probably the dirtiest place I've tried to eat at. Sticky floor, dirty tables, and as I went to sit down I saw that someone had spilled their drink all over the chair.
Second - I ordered a simple hamburger. He tried to give me a bacon burger. I said 'No, a regular hamburger. Not a quarter pounder. Just a regular burger'. 'Do you want cheese on that'? 'Hamburger, not cheeseburger. Hamburger'. A small french fry was $2.49! For 20 small pieces of fry!
Third -got to the table, the fries had been sitting all evening and they were plain cold. I took them back to the counter and told him they were cold and wanted another one. He proceeded to go to the same batch and give me another cold fry. Felt them and they were just as cold as the first. Told him to keep them. He never offered to refund the cost.
Not only did they serve the worst food I've ever had but the service was terrible. They were too busy talking to some friend on this side of the counter. If this were my place I'd fire the lot of them and hire...

Ordered, (only car in line) then pulled up to window to pay.
Received our drink, paid, and resumed our wait for approximately 10-15 min (now there are 4 cars behind us)
Receive my order and drove home 3min away.
Food wasn't completely unedible, but wow did my experience here really ruin everything I thought I liked at Jack.
Tacos almost stale as a rock(not exaggerating) had to empty loads of hot sauce packets down my throat to help them down a bit. Regular fry(definitely stale as a rock and not warm at all) ate maybe 3 fries and just threw them away. The burger was the worst part, bread was the only thing that made it somewhat visually appealing, but the meat was burnt and stale and dry as can be, while also being completely cold, also the loads of taco sauce helped that down.
But come on People, how can you ruin deep fried tacos?!
What was my whole 15min wait for if the food was going to be that crappy????!
Curly fries were good and crunchy... Thats my reason for the 1 star.
